Job Description: Part-Time
Compass Gloucester is looking for a part-time office assistant with knowledge of
bookkeeping skills to assist with office details and some owner tasks. Candidate should be flexible, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. A strong work ethic is essential, as well as a good sense of humor and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Hours can be varied and flexible with some weekends and evenings possibly required. Positive attitude and energy are a must!
Skills/Qualifications: Organized; able to feel comfortable working with and without supervision; sharp, personable, strong follow up; enthusiastic and comfortable working in a flexible environment. Strong computer skills are required: Microsoft Office, general PC skills and QuickBooks a plus, scheduling, travel logistics, typing, planning, phone skills, excellent verbal communication, strong written communication, excellent listening skills, confidentiality.
