Job Description: Part-Time
Gloucester Property Manager is looking for a part-time office assistant with knowledge of book keeping skills to assist with office and some personal tasks. Candidate should be flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. A strong work ethic is essential, as well as a good sense of humor and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Hours can be varied and flexible with some weekends and evenings possibly required. Positive attitude and energy are a must!
The Skills/Qualifications: Organized, able to feel comfortable working with and without supervision, sharp, personable, strong follow up, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a flexible environment. Strong computer skills are required. (Microsoft Office Programs, general PC skills and QuickBooks a plus) Scheduling, Travel Logistics, Typing, Planning, Phone Skills, Excellent Verbal Communication, Strong Written Communication, Excellent Listening Skills, Confidentiality.
